President

Bedelia VonPaulhaus

"Over the last 32 years, I have established a very confidential network within the Hospitality Industry by insuring trust through selection, consideration, and confidence. Call me - give us the opportunity to prove our abilities."

Originally from Washington, DC and educated at both the University of Virginia and Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Bedelia Von Paulhus began her career in the Temporary Personnel field and then entered Permanent Placement in 1981. As an agent in the Food and Beverage Industry, she has had experience in both the front and the back of the house which gives her an edge over the competition. Her training for this career meant building her client base and learning the Club and Resort field while working in food and beverage.

Account Executive

Kimberly Davidson

New Associate Kimberly Davidson, grew up in the Washington DC metropolitan area and was educated at Tomball College. Kimberly began a career in the Temporary Personnel field in the mid 1990’s transitioning into her own sales business in 1998. During her tenure, Kimberly worked with a local non-profit assisting in building a housing program for the homeless which was highlighted in the Harvard Review. Due to the program’s success and Kimberly’s expertise, she was invited to speak at the National Alliance to End Homelessness with Michelle Obama in Washington DC. Most recently Kimberly has worked in the hospitality industry to gain insight about the culinary field and our client’s needs. With over 20 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience, I am pleased to welcome Kimberly Davidson to Von Paulhus & Associates.

Administrative Assistant

Dori Doerffler

I began helping Bedelia with her business, editing and publishing her newsletter, and working as her technical support person and marketing adviser while I worked on my degree from Appalachian State University. As I learned more and more about the professional culinary placement services Von Paulhus & Associates has provided clients over the years, it was a natural step for me to become an Administrative Associate.
